What We’re Doing
The Place To Be
We want Cadbury to be “the place to be” – be successful, be challenged, be yourself. A place where a diverse group of people work, learn and grow. A place where people love their jobs, have fun and collaborate in teams across the globe. A place where performance is rewarded and values are non-negotiable. Our culture is firmly rooted in our core values of performance, quality, respect, integrity and responsibility.

Life With Cadbury
Joe Todman Assistant Innovation Planning Manager, Cadbury UK
"I used to volunteer as a student, but since graduating I've struggled to find the time and opportunities to get involved in helping the local community outside work hours. I enjoy meeting different people and contributing to making a difference. I feel lucky that Cadbury puts so much emphasis on positively impacting the communities we inhabit, giving me opportunities to volunteer through work. A great example was the mini-Olympics in Uxbridge. We spent a morning with local school children helping them enjoy sport, being active and encouraging healthy competition - it was a lot of fun!"
Javier Arriola, Business Director Argentina
"It’s a great place to work as you can really see and experience success. My main goal is to achieve our sales objectives in the market that’s like a roller coaster. I feel I really fit and share the same goals with the culture of the company. In all of my roles, I’ve behaved as if I was running my own business, therefore, I try to maximise return on investment and deliver against a plan. I feel aligned with the company’s objectives."
Hetal Shah, Finance & IT Director South East Asia
"The variety of experiences and challenges on offer are why I’m still with the company after 12 years. I started out in a group audit in the UK, then when to the USA to work in commercial finance, then back to the UK and commercial strategy, onto supply chain, and now to Thailand, as Finance & IT Director for South East Asia. I’ve lived in three different continents, had eight different roles, and visited over 50% of our business worldwide. Big teams, small teams. A fantastic adventure both from a personal and professional perspective."
Daniel Mandelbaum, Manager, New Jersey, USA
"Morristown’s Neighborhood House was a great place to spend the Marketing department’s volunteer day. This is a private multi-faceted non-profit agency that provides critical support for children and their families from infancy through high school. The kids were so bright and eager and really enjoyed being with us. I found it very rewarding, having listened to the Neighborhood House Director’s account of the struggles of some of these families, to reflect on how fortunate we are. It certainly lends perspective!"
Mabel Fernandez, Operations Manager, Spain
"Go on risk it – that’s the first thought that came into my mind when I saw the exciting possibility of volunteering in Africa. I did – and what an incredible opportunity to grow and develop."
Mridu Agarwal, Commercial Finance Manager, Cadbury India
"I recently had my orientation in Vatsalya C. P. Tank Centre - where I will be teaching (what subject?).It was a different world altogether, life was very slow and pretty unstructured. This is a day centre where kids who generally run away from their cities/parents are given shelter. It was really interesting being there and realising how fortunate we are."
